I got to ride 2 days in a row. It was a good tempo ride too. wore my heart rate monitor for the first time this year. wasnt too surprised, I was about where I thought I would be.
other than that, I got nothing, but the weather sure was good for riding.
damn facebook, people coming out of the woodwork.
